Default Clutch time suggestions

So I'm definitely due for a new clutch coming up on 85k with stock clutch and been running 37s 5.13s. I'm in the north Virginia/DC area anyone know a good shop? Or what did you pay for a clutch job/how many labor hours/total price? And what questions if any should I be asking at the shop what do I need to be aware of.

Center force 2 on Amazon you can get the pressure plate for 190 and the clutch plate for 97. This clutch uses ball bearings instead of springs it give a much much more even pressure across the entire surface of the clutch plate as soon as you engage it for more even wear and it also holds the clutch plate with more pressure. Is a noticeable difference when at full throttle and your shifting much more immediate power to the road. Hope this helps.

I'm a big fan of Centerforce - I run one in my JK. Feel free to hit me up any time for forum member pricing! -Eric

Anything else I should be aware of when dealing with the shop? My biggest problem with mine is it is catching very very high and gives a very rough jump between gears a lot of the time.

I went center force as well. Do a quality throw out bearing. Not really much to replacing the clutch it is getting to it that is the hard part. Lots of labor to remove everything that is in the way and put it back together.

Got quoted $900 for parts and labor for OEM clutch. Does a clutch kit include throw out bearing or is there a specific brand I should ask for.
