PSC Hood Louver Bulge?
Installed my hood Louver and it looks fine and the template fit perfect, but it bulges up a little right between the washer nozzle and logo. I think it may be because I had hail damage on my hood. Anyways, would painting one of the extra bolts and drilling through the area between the nozzle and logo look decent and fix my problem? I don't like the fact there's space there.
Interested to see pictures... Would pop rivets work, we stock some in our body shop that are black anodized aluminum for Window regulator installation I'm sure they would look and function well in this application the head is about 3/8ths wide I'd be happy to mail four or five to you if they'd help out!

I had a small bulge in mine, it was due to not bolting it down as I was drilling my holes. The PSC louvre does have a slight bulge in it from production. A few of my bolts were askew due to my error, but nothing that a burr couldn't take care of. I'm sure an extra bolt won't be an issue.
I went OCD on mine and filed every cut edge smooth then applied a coat of primer followed by two top coats of paint. Rust here in the snowy salty NE is a b*tch. Also picked up an extra 20 stainless steel washers and placed them above the louvre and under the hood (my brothers paint started peeling where the bolt heads were).
