Default Duratrac 325/65R18 vs stock Sahara tire height

I am planning to put a 4" lift on my 2012 JKU and swap the stock tires and wheels for 35" tires. I am seriously considering Duratrac 325/65R18 tires, but knowing that they are not a true 35" tire and tend to run a bit smaller once mounted, how much bigger are they than a stock Sahara tire? I was hoping to gain a few inches, but if the true diameter is close to stock, I may consider another tire.

I really am leaning towards the Duratrac due to their snow/ice capability, good tread life and light weight. On the other hand, if I am not really gaining much height/size with this tire, it defeats the purpose.

Thoughts? Any pictures of a Duratrac 35 next to a stock wheel and tire? I'm sure I can find a picture of a 35" Duratrac on a JKU, but that doesn't show how they compare to a stock Jeep (Although, feel free to post pics of your JKU with 35" Duratracs ).
