MPG with 2.5 lift
It's going to be hard to get answers here. All your going to here is who cares and of u want good milage get a prius. I don't see a problem with wanting good mpg and a kick ass vehicle. That said mine on a 3.5 lift and 34s get 13.5-14 average but I have gotten as good as 19.2 going 60mph for an hour
Anybody know the drag coefficient with the top off?
Sorry couldn't resist.
If it's any consolation, for a 2-door with hardtop on, that at one time had 34's (33.7's to be exact) BFG KM2's (weight approximately 63 lbs if I remember right) on stock 18" rims with Teraflex 1.25 adapters, with the Pentastar and 3.73 gears, 2.5" lift, winch, PSC brawler lite front bumper, hi-lift jack, ace sliders, genright AL rear bumper + carrier, sPOD, ARB compressor, assorted tools in the rear cubby, running regular unleaded from either Shell or Chevron, no rear seat, and my 220 lb frame after lunch, moderate highway speeds of 65-70mph.....I think at that time I was getting about 18 mpg. 20 mpg if I was really easy on the pedal.

Whatever you are getting now subtract 1-2 MPG.
The higher speeds really kill your MPG.
I have a 13 JKU auto with 3.73 and with a 2.5" lift and 285/70r17 Duratracs I was getting 15-16 when I was doing 80 MPH, but when I kept it under 70 I got 16-17 and slower than that more.
Now I have same setup with 315/70r17 Duratracs and it dropped another .5 to 1 mpg.
You really can not compare MPG numbers because everyone operates their Jeep differently and there are to many other factors.

I average a little over 17 mpg in my '13 JKU 6-speed manual 2.5 RK lift on 33s with 3.21 gearing. Cruising at 67 mph with a good tail wind my dash will read up to 26 MPG. I calculate my mileage manually and have found out that despite using my AEV ProCal to correct the speedometer after the tire upgrade (speed correction verified through GPS and my parent's patrol car), the MPG dash readout is about 1 MPG more than what I'm actually getting.
I didn't notice too much of a difference after the lift. Maybe 1 MPG.

I did a 2 inch lift and running 285-70-17 grabber AT2 did them both at the same time dropped about 1 mpg since winter blend fuel came out dropped even more but I drive mostly highway DD about 50 miles one way averaging 18 mpg
3.73 manual trans easy on the pedal around 65 on highway
