Default How many o2 sensors does the 3.6 have?

I thought we had two, one upstream and one downstream of the cat as most vehicles.

My bluetooth obd2 dongle came in today and I hooked it up to torque pro on my tablet and was fiddling around with it. Kinda cool for the most part and worth the $4.80 investment. Streaming is almost instantaneous!

It does have a whole bunch of diagnostic stuff on there too which I figured I would try and see if I could figure out any more info on my other CEL issues on the camshaft position sensor P0010. Thread here -> https://www.jk-forum.com/forums/modi...ped-up-315564/

While it didn't really give me any answers, it did throw some errors I couldn't really totally understand. I don't have any CELs regarding my o2 sensors. Anyone know what this might be for? Could also be just the app not really understanding the JK as well I suppose.

Most notable being "O2 Heater Monitor Bank 4 - Sensor 4" and "Lean to Rich sensor switch time"

Just crawled under my '14 and there is 4 total. 2 on each side, one pre cat and one in the center of the cat.

Default Sensors

Just as a note, some of the newer vehicles, parts wise, call the sensors an "Air and Fuel Ratio Sensor" rather than an O2 (sometimes you will see that in a manual, etc) . And they tend to be more expensive than the older traditional O2 sensors unfortunately. Though the O2 name is still used.

We do carry some of them, but we still call them O2 sensors to avoid confusion (if you find you need any)

Thank you both, that clears up a bunch of confusion. I wonder if by bank 4 sensor 4 it means bank 2 sensor 2 which essentially would be the 4th sensor?

I'm up in Canada so it would unfortunately be cost prohibitive to go with you... Sorry! as we would say lol
