Default Rocker knockers frame or body mount?

Looking to get a set of Poison Spyder Rocker Knockers for my 2 door. Can't decide between the frame or body mounted ones. Any advice? Pics?

I have frame mounted if your actually going off road they are stronger and won't damage the body's as easily like the body mounted ones could if you hit a rock hard enough.
But I have a four door.

I have frame mounted LoD sliders on a 4 door. They're definitely beefy!!

I'd go frame mount, but if you find a killer deal on a set of body mounted, I say go for it. Coupled with the body armor, I've taken a few good hits with zero damage on the body Click image for larger version
