Default Whats yalls reccomended under armor/skids?

Had first experience with rocks yesterday, and after seeing a bunch of track bars get thrashed, doffs put to the test, and lots of skid damage, I've decided my jk will need some under carriage protection. I do plan on beefing up my steering and drive shafts, but I'm at a loss on skid plate options. Seriously thinking about the EVO skid set. Here are some pics of my wife getting into it with her TJ, as well as a pic with a buddies JKUR Grappler to make it relevant.

Best way to spend Valentine's Day. Even f the wife scared the shit out of me at points.

I've got the EVO Protek skids and really like them. Also have the RC rear diff skid and plan to add the front eventually. You may consider some control arm mount skids.

A lot of people run the Rock Hard or River Raider systems but they can get pricey.

EVO Protek is a great buy but you get what you pay for. Both mine and my brothers crossmember skid has bent up into our exhausts. The plate protecting it is cantilevered and has no support at all. Poor design. There are a few guys here that have welded a plate to help support it, I'd very highly recommend it if you go this route.

Sir, I believe they are discussing skid plates not sliders.

I've been really satisfied with M.O.R.E's pan/trans/exhst/cross member skid. Evap can Poison Spyder skid. I bent the more skid but only because it's doing its job

armor up the oil pan, relocate the evap can, and throw on some solid rock rails. Thats all you really need.

I run an or-fab crossmember to replace the weak stock one (stock one bent and pushed my tranny up and prevented me from staying in gear) and rockhard engine skid. I would also get heavy duty diff covers at least for the front.

If your on dime like me, i would do oil pan first, i got a rock on mine and it crushed it. $500 later i put a new one on and a new oil pump (it got crushed). Second, evap. Third, control arm skids i would do synergy they are cheap and do the job seen those get bend by little rocks, than a front diff cover. Just my opinion
