Default speedo flash

Quick question, I had my pcm flashed to 32" tires at the dealer which made my speedo right on. Yesterday I unhooked my battery to wire up some lights and I noticed this morning that my speedo seems to be back to the stock setting again, does anyone know if the flash is erased if you unhook your battery? Has anyone else experienced this?

The dealer did it for free while they were doing a warrantee repair so I can't take it back. I don't mind paying for them to do it again as long as losing power won't erase the flash. I don't want to have to reflash because my battery went dead.

A pcm flash stays in pcm. It will never erase. What they did was set the pinion factor.I don't know if it goes back to default per Your vin# when the battery is disconnected. but the pinion factor should have stayed to what tire size was put in.Call the service dept.and ask if they'll reset again

Update, talked to the dealer today and they said that sometimes not having the tpms sensors in the wheels can cause the flash to not stay flashed if that makes any sense. So I made an appt to switch out the sensors and reflash. I hope this works. I'll post results in a few weeks.
