I just bought a modded stock bumper with a stinger that blocks hooks off of someone around me, I went to install it and I realized the bolts in the tow hooks are permanently in there. So does anyone know what kind of bolt (carriage bolt?) and what size I would use to replace the 8? Thanks for any help I can get. As much as I don't want to it might come down to cutting the top of my hooks.
