Default $1100- need to spend on jeep.

I just got my taxes back and have 1100 to play with. This is the scenario...i have a:

07 X-rescuegreen
6 speed
2 door
soft top
3.21 gears (BLAH)
i do have the D44 tho!
15 black rockcrawlers and fairly new 31' parneli jones (should have got 32 or 33, i was unedamacated at the time)
no lsd or locker ( cant wait to buy a jeep in 4 years lol) will have the knowledge

This is the problem:
I have $1100 dollars and have a few areas i want to build up on the jeep, but which order. im in college so if i dont spend the money, il prob be better off. HAHA

A. lift-Rough Country 2.5 W/o shocks ( i live in ohio and dont have anywhere to wheel near Findlay.also i will not buy new tires til these are worn) cost $140

B. bumper and winch combo- gaurantee on the on 8000lb smittybilt if i do get this. cant beat 299 for a winch. but the bumper is my prob. i want something that i can mount some aftermarket fog lights. i really like the expedition one basic bumpers but you cant mount anything on them.

C. New audio system. i dont have the infinity system so the sound is weak in my ears. have no idea what i would get.

d. Aussie locker for the D44. i think the cost is around 299 and i think the aussie locker means i would have a lsd right?

E. im only getting 15mpg ( have no idea how. i got the computer flashed and all and still nothing better. 210 a tank WTF!!!!!)and i hear people saying 20-22, 290 a tank. so i would really like some better mpg. thinking cold air intake and a high quality exhaust.

Any and all comments opinions welcome. If you have a complete different directions i would appreciate the input.

Well, since you asked. Take a look at my stuff. There's a couple of no-brainers on there, if you plan to play on rocks...
