Default Rock Krawler and Synergy Bolt Kit

Hello. First post here but have been reading for a long time. I've been accumulating parts for my 2014 rubicon unlimited.

I have the RK 3.5 x-factor sitting in boxes waiting for a few other items to arrive before I have it installed. I've read a lot about the bolt kits so I bought the synergy kit that includes replacement bolts for all four control arms as well as both track bars. My logic being that since the x-factor replaces all control arms and track bars it would be a great time to swap all bolts.

In the interest of trying to learn about the jeep I sorted all the bolts and started to test fix them in the various RK suspension parts. Some of the bolts for great but some others are a little too tight (meaning the bolts are slightly too big).

Would like opinions on if I should ask my installer to widen the holes so the bolts for or just use the factory bolts in those locations. Anything else to have done / request with this lift and bolt combination?

Thank you
Rick

I definitely wouldn't widen the holes. Changing out the bolts isn't normally necessary, as the bolt itself rarely causes problems.

Normally the issue with hardware is improper torque and this causes the bolts to have insufficient clamping force. This can lead to the hardware obliging the holes in the brackets. You can definitely run a bolt kit if you like but it should not be a necessity.
