Did you try the hardware store? I bought hole plugs at Home Depot to fill in the holes on the hood when I removed the two rubber bumpers. They are in the drawers of specialty items.

+1 on the hardware store. I went to Lowe's and searched through their drawers and found plugs for my hood. Really cheap too! Something like $1.60 or so.

Good luck!

I just picked up a couple 9/16" round ones from Lowes to fill the rubber bumper holes. They fit good and were only $1.50.

I went down down every aisle at Home Depot twice(some 4 or 5 times) and asked for help but found nothing even close. Lowes was too far to try today.
