Default need advice/help with RK track bar

So as part of some maintenance before EJS I was checking my JKU for loose suspension components in my RK 2.5 flex kit. Ive developed a little slop in the steering and while I had the wife seesaw the steering wheel I can see my RK trackbar move slightly. I already have an upgraded larger bolt but no matter how I crank down it still moves a little. Yup I have a torque wrench so it is torqued correctly and even a bit over. There are these two large washers inside with the trackbar one on each side, so I'm not sure if the inhibit a good pinch/bite.

Thoughts.

Could be the bushing(s) are worn. I would take the bar out and inspect, then call RK.

Also check the mounting holes for ovaling.

Good idea. It might be internal of the joint. I didn't think of that.
