Default Value of a running parts-pile? (W/Pics)

Wife found out the tub of parts was actually a running Jeep... so i just had a brand new motor installed in the frame, got the tub on in, and have it running and driving. No title as of yet- will have to be a Builder Title- wondering what price i should give this thing so i can just walk away and give my wife another parking spot.

The tub is a 2007 JK with no carpet, no roof or doors, and Offroad Swag suspension seats up front, factory belts, and a 2013 rear seat. Damage to the front fender if you dont want the DIY snorkel, and damage to the opposite rear corner. Rock Ridge LED tails cover most of it up. No rear bumper, front is a Smutty XRC with hoop and a Recon 10.5K winch... there is a 40: lightbar hard mounted into the windshield frame and an internal winch control. No carpet. There is 120 or so on the odometer.

The frame is a 2010 JK. Franken lift with 2 year old 5100's. Has old LED rocklights too.

Engine and Tranny are 2008- though the engine was just rebuilt at an A+ shop and has 150 miles on a 3yr/36k warrantied rebuilt engine that I just had installed. The engine was professionally installed with the clutch and TOB, there is a transferable warranty on the new 3.8. Full docs.

The axles are 2013 NON-Rubis with 5.13 Yukons out back, and a Artec trussed and armored and sleeved D30 with a 3 yeard old Spartan locker and BRAND NEW Ten Factory chromos in stock spline.

Hydrualic assist steering, PSC ram, all Poly and Ruff Stuff up front with 1 ton TREs. 85% left on 37x14.5: Iroks and Bird Dog wheels -5 tires 4 rims.

I want to see what I could expect to see if I walk away now- any suggestions? LOl Realistically I would do a trade for toys and cash but Momma wants to see an ad up on CL or Ebay soon.

Suggestions or guidelines for selling a parts pile JK?

Call me cheap.. but I'm figuring that you might see, $5K - $8K as is.. but if you went for a total part out.. I'd hold a partout party.. charge admission and first come first serve.. Most would head for the bull bar, winch, tires etc.. But if you're like me.. I'd donate the jeep to the disabled vets or some organization/club allow them to fix it up and raffle it off to help support their cause.

Default Aint got it like that, bro.

...but allot of those vet organizations are right up there with Pink For The Cure in my book.

I am not in a position to "donate" the rig, however I am in no position to have this many rigs either.

I had imagined with the inspection and registration as a 2015 Special Construction, it would be worth north of 20k.

I would list it on ebay with no reserve start at $5k and you will get whatever it's actually worth. Market sets the price it's hard to estimate what that jeep would bring there are too many variables... Location, potential tital issues, buyers liking and disliking the parts on it, etc...

Would there be any point to investing in a Texas Title is i were to do that? It may cost me another $1,000 plus time.
