Mild Lift Advice
I've got an 07 JKU Rubicon running 3.5 lift, 35's, stock lockers, 5.13 gears ect ect. My biggest mistake was buying a cheap lift. I went with the rough country 3.5. Had all the basic lift components, springs, lower control arms, brackets, shocks. Anyway, its a terrible lift. All of my steering is maxed out and stressed and after 2 years i feel as if my front end is completely coming apart. i get DW almost daily now and its really getting aggravating. the jeep is my daily but here in Montana trails are everywhere so i love going out to ride whenever possible. My question and where i can't decide is what to do about this lift. Ive considered buying a whole new kit which is 2k+ but what i'm more3 inclined to do is upgrade the kit that's already there. For starters i wanted to grab the new track bar and drag link from rubicon express which should solve some of my steering issues. after that i might eliminate the auto sway bar in front and put in a new one with quick dis. after all that, it comes down to increasing the lift and running long arms. I'm wanting to run 37's but of course don't want to be 14 feet in the air so i wanted to run a 4in lift. Should i work on getting the long arms in place, then look into new springs and shocks? This is basically the advice i'm looking for. Not sure what should be done first.
Do you know the source of your death wobble?
Look at re torquing the track bar, checking ball joints, etc. You shouldn't let death wobble go as it will cause damage regardless of who made the lift.
If your getting a new track bar and drag link I really like Synergy's options. Since your going over 3" of lift, look at their hi-steer/drag link flip kit. The flip really improves handling.
Your also going to want hydraulic assist for your steering with 37's.
You can put 37's on short arms.

Stuck to the top of the Writeups area is a great deathwobble diagnosis by Planman. If you haven't gone through it a few times, you might do that before dropping money on components that may, or may not, fix the problem. It could just be worn out bushings, or trackbar bolts that have loosened up and allowed the holes to wallow out. Or balljoints. Or ...
Are you currently running a drop pitman + trackbar drop bracket? If so, you might remove them and go back to the stock pitman. (the new adjustable trackbar will be wanted after removing that bracket). And before you purchase a trackbar and draglink, look into the various flips. If you remove the drop pitman, you may want to flip the new draglink, and you should make sure that whatever you get will work together.
Are you running the fixed lower arms up front, or did you get the kit with cam bolts? If it's the cams, and you decide to go to new arms, you may need to get one of the eliminator kits (just thick washers) or have the holes welded up.

I think my death wobble is contributed to several things. Tires are worn out (35 km2's at about 35-45%), my front rotors are also fairly warped and definitely ready for a brake job. Drag link joint is a little loose, the ball joint. At this point i wouldn't be surprised if tie rods are ready to go as well. My plan is to start with drag link and track bar, something that is built for lifted rigs to correct geometry ect. (forgive me for being a novice, i still have more research to do) but during just looking at parts i noticed flip kits as well but wasn't sure if i "needed" to go with those or not. In general though, I'm willing to bet most stock front end parts are done for. i'm at 114k miles. So ideally, i wanted to start getting stuff replaced that wasn't replaced with the lift kit. Yes i do have a drop pitman arm, which correct me if i'm wrong but that is stressing the system right? When i upgrade my steering system, having the right parts eliminates the need to run a drop pitman arm? Either way, i have no problem spending money on upgraded/heavier parts as long as they make the difference. Specifically for my JK, i'd prefer upgrades. I have a little bit of a heavy foot and usually if you point at that rock and say climb it, well i'm gonna do it so i'd rather have beefier parts for the ride.
Also, i did read that death wobble guide and quite frankly, i think i have to many variables to narrow it down. I will be working towards eliminating some of those shortly though.

As you lift higher, the trackbar and draglink run at much steeper angles. To correct it, you go cheap and get a drop pitman and a trackbar bracket that drops from the frame - or you get a flip/highsteer that raises the trackbar from the axle and you move the draglink from the bottom of the knuckle to the top. There are also a few that replace the factory draglink with a factory RHD draglink (Right-Hand-Drive jk's). I haven't looked into these kits, but if you are upgrading, why would you choose another stock draglink?
)
Anyway, drop pitmans generally do not get very favorable reviews due to the extra stress placed on both the steering box and the stock tb mount. (came across a thread recently where the RC forum rep even suggested removing them). But, it is not mandatory to correct the steep angles. See how it drives after you remove the drop and decide if you want to flip. I mentioned it simply because I do not know if RE has a flip, and do not know if their components will work with anyone else's flip setups.
Synergy may be another option to look at for both steering components and a flip. You can run them in the stock locations, then just drill the knuckle and add a bracket if you do decide to flip.
