2.5" lift and 35's fender measurement please? Thinking new coil lift.

I currently have a 2007 2 door JK with JKU 18/59 Rubi springs and a 2" BB spacer lift yielding me around 2 total inches of lift over factory and the 13/14/54 coils I had. (Tires are 285/70/17s.) However, I still have about an inch of difference between the rear and front of the JK. The front end rake is about 1 inch lower than the rear (Warn lift and heavy front bumper contribute...) and I am wanting to even this out but I don't want to continue to use spacers. I am wanting to swap out my JKU Rubi coils with Teraflex 2.5 coils.
My current "ride height" at the bottom of the fender flares is (measured from ground through center of wheel to bottom of fender flare)is 39.5" front and 40.5" rear.
Would some of you JK owners who have a 2.5" coil lift over 35's or 315's please measure the height from ground to fender flare same as I described and list it here so I can get an idea of probable height change I might gain by going to a 2.5" coil lift over the set up I have?
Also, what ride quality differences can I expect by leveling the Jeep and gain by going to total coil lift over my current coil/spacer lift setup?
Thanks!

Instead of a BB spacers kit.. you might need to consider a leveling kit.. which would lift the front illuminating the rake slightly. Everything else you've said seems logical and you have the right idea.. Just the wrong coil spacers.

I should have mentioned I am wanting to upgrade my tires from 285s to 315s as well so any extra lift or space available under the wheel wells will be needed. I think 315s would fit now but a little more lift probably cannot hurt.
Also I am hoping for a better ride quality with coils over the BB/current spring combo.

Spacers will lift your jeep exactly the height of the spacers. So if your raked stock you be raked with spacers.
A leveling kit will correct that.
Replacing springs will also correct that as most if not all aftermarket springs are designed to eliminate the rake in addition to the other benefits related to articulation etc.

Awesome. Any idea how the flat fenders change the measurement compared to the factory flares? I imagine your measurements would be a little taller than mine as I have factory flares but I would certainly be happy with just another inch of lift and most certainly a better ride.
