Default New exhaust. changed shifting patterns

I just saw a similar post on the 2015. I have a 2013 2 door. Installed a dynomax duel muffler kit. Easy bolt on. Noticed has a slightly different shifting pattern and change in low end. Suggestions or just stuck with this? Do the new Jeeps have something to reset specks on computer? I know trucks from a couple of years ago you could unplug the battery for 20 mins, hook up and start engine and let it run and it would recheck everything. Thanks

Hey on my 2015 once I removed the oem muffler and the resonator and replaced it with a single magnaflow it changed the jeeps power band and low end performance and shift points. I reinstalled the oem mufflers and its back to normal
