What roof rack is this?

Saw this roof rack in a thread. I have never seen one like this before. Anyone recognize it and know who makes it? Thanks in advance!

I like it but it would limit windshield mounted light bars, doesnt look like it would work with Rugged Ridge Snorkel, and the tray/rails on the back need to be removable.
