So my JKU has always pulled really hard to the right since new. I had it in the shop twice for alignment before I ever put the lift on, but they dealer would always say the alignment checked out.

After installing the RK 3.5 lift a couple years back the pulling to the right was even worse but I was always told that it was due to the tires I run (Goodyear Wrangler mt 35x12.5x15). I eat through them like crazy because they wear very poorly with crazy amounts of cupping, like I have to rotate them every 1000 miles or the steering wheel will shake really bad at certain speeds.

Also the right side of the jeep sits probably about an inch and a half lower than the left, no matter how much gas is in it.

Anyways I was inspecting my brakes because now its doing this thing where periodlically I feel a pop in the brake pedal and the ABS and stability control lights come on then go away after a few minutes. While I had the wheel off I snapped a pic of the front passenger spring, does this look off? Like it said it a Rock Krawler 3.5 kit with just the lower arms.

Any advice on what to do or if you guys now a GOOD, KNOWLEDGEABLE Jeep shop in the Dallas area please, please let me know. I'm at the end of my rope with this thing.

Yes your caster is off....take it to an alignment shop and find out where your at....with the lift I run about 5.0 deg I have a 3.5 lift with 35's and it great on the FW.....you might need lower adjustable arms if your caster is off...

Post the alignment specs. Have you tried different caster and/or toe settings? Or the shop says it's good, so it's good...

It pulls right regardless of tire position/rotation, correct? Doesn't change or get better or worse after rotation? The tires are balanced? By the same shop, or have you tried other shops?

Other than front lca's, any other adjustable components? Trackbar raise brackets? Is the draglink flipped or pitman dropped?

Can't really tell in the pic, but that's a loose abs cable stuck to the brakeline? Or it is still connected?

OK it has lower adjustable control arms. I remember put a little more negative camber on there to combat the pull to the right.

I don't have them. I'll make sure to get a copy once I take it to a shop, I just need to find one that works with lifted jeeps.

Yes it pulls right regardless of tire position, even with new tires. It doesn't seems to change with rotation, yes they are balanced. I need new tires and I'm going with something different this time. I posted a link to my kit. It has adjustable lca and track bar. The draglink isn't flipped or the pitman dropped. I'll look in to doing that. The abs cable is zip tied to the brake line. Thanks, JP

Call Smith Offroad in Addison. Aaron Smith is the owner. He has done really fast great work at awesome prices for us. He installed our MetalCloak 2.5" lift and we havent had any issues since installed. The jeep was just there last week to get some LCA skids welded on and have everything retourqed for our trip to Hot Springs next weekend. If you cant get your suspension/steering probs worked out on your own I am certain Aaron can get you set up right.

Looks like it's off. Your springs should be centered and not look like a crazy straw.

What does the other side look like? What do your lower control arms measure out from center of bolt to center of bolt?

Did jeep change the upper control arms? They look round, not how I remember my stock control arms being.

Have you gone through Planmans writeup? (the one stuck to the top of the writeups area). I know that you are not saying shimmy/dw, it's just a good resource to use to check all of your front end components.

Call around and see if you can find an alignment shop that will throw it on the rack and just print out the 'before' specs. Some shops will do this for free, in hopes that they can get you to spend more on other stuff. (most 4x4 shops do not have alignment racks...) Post the numbers for some feedback, and look through the writeup, before throwing a bunch of money at various components that may not fix the problem.

On your adjustable lower arms... How much threads can you see? I have RK lower arms and if you are running stock uppers, I'm pretty sure the RKs should be set at nearly the shortest setting, if not the shortest setting. If the lowers are adjusted too long you will have caster issues and that can definitely affect stability and pulling to the side.

RK sets the front lowers to 23 1/8 whether you have uppers or not. I agree post your alignment specs. I'm curious to see what your caster/cross caster is set to.
