Default 2015 Hard Rock level kit advice please?

I have a 2015 Rubicon Hard Rock 2Dr I want to put a level kit on it looking at the teraflex 1.5

they have two kits the budget and the performance.

The difference is replace the spring versus spring spacers.
I believe the spring is longer on the rubi/hard rock , so will the performance kit give me a 1.5 lift or am I better to budget it with the spacers ?

If adding weight go coils. Lift only and no weight spacers. Ultimately you're choice.

I think what he's referring to is that, I believe the hard Rock is 1" longer springs that regular jk springs. So in theory the 1.5 springs will only net him .5 lift while the 1.5 spacers will give him the 1.5 lift. Personally I would go with the spacers on that small of a lift

I just installed the spacer leveling kit from Teraflex on my 2015 Rubicon, I see no need in replacing brand new springs. If I had 100,000 miles on it and springs were sagging I would have gone with the spring lift.

Yep, I see what he's asking now.
He could do 4 door 1.5's. Not sure if there's a difference in coil rate.
That or just do the spacer kit.

Is this true? I thought it was a myth that the 10a or Hard Rock springs were longer. I thought they were just higher spring rates 19/60?

Either way, I have the TF spring 1.5" leveling kit and its 2" front and 1" rear increase for an average 1.5" increase overall. Just like most other lift manufacturers.

Just do the spacers. I asked Teraflex the same question and was advised to go with the spacers. I have a 15' JKUR with dual top group and tow package. They said I wouldn't gain as much if I went the other route.

There was a thread a while back with springs from a hard rock next to standard springs and I remember them being longer

Interesting. All the threads I've seen show them just to be the higher spring rate. Who knows?

Example.

I don't know what the reason for the height difference is (spring rate, longer coils?), but on the Jeep web site they show that the Hard Rock is taller than the other models.

[TD="class: hover"] - This is for the Unlimited but even for the regular Wrangler there is a height difference.

Sport S - 70.9 "
Rubicon - 70.9 "
Rubicon Hard Rock - 73.2"
