Rock Krawler 3.5" X Factor vs Flex
I am looking to lift my Jeep (2014 JKU) this summer and have decided on going with Rock Krawler. They have a good reputation on these forums and I have heard great reviews about them from my buddies who I wheel with.
I have decided to go with 3.5" because I am going to be putting 37's on when my current ones die, but I don't know which system to get from Rock Krawler.
The X Factor has replacement upper control arms while the Flex doesn't
Are replacing the upper control arms important? Any thoughts in general?

One set of arms lets you tilt the housing to set the caster/pinion. The second set allows for fine tuning, as well as repositioning the housing forward/backward in the wheel well. You will be ok with one set of arms at each end, but more adjustability isn't a bad thing.
One note that you might want to look into further is that (if I read previous posts correctly) the x-factor arms are longer, with the intention of extending the wheelbase. When you move the wheelbase, you have other items to think about. Component clearances, bumpstop pad alignment, whatever. Again, I have not really looked into this, so take it as just something that may be worth getting more info on...

It's personal opinion. Depending on vehicle weight, you could be in the 4-4.5" range with those coils. The added adjustability given by the second set of arms might be real nice to have. But not a 'must have'.
