Default E rated Trail Grapps / Duratracs

As of now i have E-rated super heavy M/T 285/65/18 Trail Grapplers (70lbs ea.) with about 300miles on them, absolutley love the look , but the ride is brutal as a daily driver....Was thinking of selling and getting some 295/65/18 A/T DuraTracs which are also e-rated but weigh 58lbss, will this make a difference in ride?? ...Looking for best of both worlds ,aggressive tire with ride quality

One of my friends had the E rated Grapplers and even at 25 psi he was not happy with the ride. He now has the Dura's as do I. The sacrifice is sidewall strength for flexibility. We both like the Dura's and have replacement warranties through Discount Tire. These tires are good at almost any Terrain I have had them in.

I have 275/70 18 Duratrac's with 'E' rated sidewall. I love the tires but they are stiff and a bit rough. it's not bad in town at 25-28 psi but for highway driving i feel more comfortable around 32 psi. I will try a different tire when these need replaced. I've only ever ran the stock 18" tires other then these to compare them too so take that for whats it's worth.

I run them at 28 psi. Feel a little stiff, but have nothing to compare to, other than stock tires. I am impressed with the mileage and handling!
