Default Bushwacker flat style fender flares

I had the pleasure of attempting to install these last night, gotta say I expected better from them being the preferred choice for fender flares period. The instructions plain suck as far as dark black and white pictures along with a vague description. The flares themselves are borderline cheap and comparable to the plastic edging for a flowerbed. I had to trim lots of flashing on the edges and bolt holes for proper fitment. They do look good once you get them mounted. I would suggest you plan a definitely whole day for them if you want a good fit.

Agreed. The written notes are decent ; the photocopy pictures which are necessary were poor.

For me, not every fender screw hole lined with the plastic brace that bolts to the body. Frustrating. And had to trim the Evo armor to make the fender sit on the body.

In conclusion, after having steel fenders that rust and paint flake, I'm happy to have plastic fenders for next winter's salted roads.

Finished them up last night, everything came out good and looks great. I opted to leave out the rear splash shields for now and plan to black out the wheel well.

That video is good idea in a nut shell of what to do. There was no way you were installing my front flares with one person they were so collapsed it was impossible.

I did mine solo the day after Christmas in an unheated garage. It was not easy lol.

Took me about 4 hours to install mine cutting the inner fenders took the most time plus had to have beer breaks. I would set a day aside to do these.
