Default Power steering whine but no leaks or signs of wear

So, ive started having a whine come from my power steering at full lock or when being over worked(mainly parallel parking). Ive examined my fluid and looks red with no signs of metallic flake. Rolled under the jeep and also no signs of leaks nor anything i can see that's unusual. How can j tell if its the pump or unit? Hope to figure it out before it gets worse. I am gonna try flushing it in the coming few days.

Is the fluid level where its supposed to be? A whine can be indicative of low fluid level.

Yes, i had an extra quart of the mopar stuff on the shelf. I barely had to top it off.
Normal driving conditions seem to be fine. Only having the issue when the steering os being worked at lower rpm and close to full lock. I heard ppl speak of "grinding sounds" coming from their PS units, this is definitely just a whining sound. Sorta like a supercharger with cone filter on a 4 banger, haha
