Default Aftermarket bumper and fog lights

So I am shopping for bumpers, I notice most aftermarket bumpers don't have a spot for factory fog lights.
So I guess my question is how does one decide what lights to mount on their bumper? Also how are they being wired, using factory fog light switch or some sort of after market switch?
I am trying to give this some thought, because I don't want to do anything twice.

Thanks

Default What type of bumper?

Stubby? Mid? Full?

I'll link to a few Stubby bumpers with modular flexibility and spots for factory fogs.

Rugged Ridge:
Rugged Ridge 11542.02 All Terrain Modular Front Bumper, 07-15 Jeep Wrangler (JK)

I run this and it's easy, fairly cheap and feels pretty solid. I also added the bull bar/mini stinger below and an Engo winch:
Rugged Ridge 11540.25 Double X Striker, Black, 76-86 CJ, 87-15 Jeep Wrangler (YJ,TJ,JK)

Overall i like the look, it feels really solid, hasn't given me any issues, was easy to install and fairly cheap.

Alternatively, if you want a really inexpensive solution with spots for the fogs, there is this:
Rough Country, RC1059 - Hybrid Stubby Front Winch Bumper for 07-15 Jeep JK Wrangler - JeepHut

Now if you want a mid or full width bumper, I'm no help.

I was thinking either a stubby or a mid bumper. I like the rugged ridge you linked to, just need to figure out what the plan will be.
