Default coil over shocks and a lift

So what would happen if i were to replace my bilsteins with some of the new coil over stocks from ome or fox ? Would the added springs on theses shocks make the rid much stiffer? Any thought? on a similar note if you were putting a new lift on your jeep and wanted to use these shocks would you have to go with a lighter spring or maybe no spring just the shock and spring? Are these newer shocks the same as older coil overs where the spring and shock is long ( I dunno the name of the them maybe eve or prison spider )

Coil overs replace your shocks and springs. You aren't adding additional springs. That's about as far as I follow what you're trying to ask.

Based off your post id say you should avoid coilover or working on any suspension items on your jeep for that matter...
