Default quick question about the rock crawler tie-rod.

I have the rock crawler super heavy duty tie rod with the 2k ends, i was wondering now if i should use that one or get a different one thats not so rigid? I was thinking if that is now the strongest part on my steering would it make more expensive parts become the weak point in my setup ?
Any opinions would be appreciated thank you

Well, once you go with it, you stay with it as they use a funky 18mm bolt or something and you drill your knuckle out.

Also, the price fails all logic. They will sell just the ends for $200. The aluminum bar in between can be purchased for $120 already machined and ready to go. You spent an extra $200 for... Actually, I have no idea as I have not figured that part out. All the proprietary value is in the ends. The 7075 is a commodity.

That all said, having a strong tie rod does nothing to cause wear on other parts. In fact, it is likely the opposite. A weak tie rod or ends means movement, which in turn means more wear on ball joints and tires.
