Default Mopar 1/2 doors & windows - photos?

Anyone know how the Mopar factory 1/2 door windows look/function/install?

Are they zip out windows or sliders?

Do they just snap in to the 1/2 doors?

Thanks

Never mind... I found some photos... Looks like zippers and drop-in.

Anyone know if it's as easy as just pulling the windows UP and putting in the back seat... in a matter of minutes?

Yes, the uppers simply pop in and out of the door in a matter of seconds.

Some people unzip the windows but I usually don't because they get scratched. If its nice I pull them and leave them in the garage. If its a chance of rain I just throw them in the back. Half doors are the best giving you a bigger window opening when they are out.

Any deals on these... or just pay full price through the dealer? Do places like 4WheelParts have access to these Mopar products? I suppose I could just call them.

4wp would just order them through a dealer. Quadratec carries them, but I think they order through a dealer as well.

Well, I pulled the trigger and ordered the Mopars. Much to my surprise my dealer sold them to me at cost and beat all the on-line prices.
I'm a member of a Wrangler club and we get discounts at 4 Wheel Parts & 4WD...but in this case, even with the discount, the dealer beat them.

If you don't mind I'd like to know how much they charged you. I'm interested in buying them from the dealer for my two door.

Sorry for the delay.
The doors were $1210 for the pair.
The interior trim was $172 for the pair.
The windows were $435 for the pair.
Total = $1817

Compared to 1200$ for the plastic rugged ridge one that's not that much extra for real doors! If it were 1200$ all in though I would get them. 1800$ I'll just leave the doors home I suppose
