Default Please tell me I'm not crazy! Center force clutch installed and it sounds awful!

So I was just called by the transmission shop that my jeep was ready. It had a new center force clutch kit and throw out bearing installed. Easy. Done. So I pay the man, go out to my jeep and the start of a series of mental cuss words happened. The seat were covered in grime and grease to which the manager John says "there is no way that we got any dirt on the passenger seat but we did probably do the drivers seat... I'll give you 20 dollars and lets call it on the seats... " I thought, whatever these are cleanable and its 20 bucks. The clutch should be an easy install, it started out fine but i have heard that the center force clutch is a heavy clutch pedal but this is really light and almost like pushing down on an accelerator pedal. Is that right? Its also making some serious whining and rattling noises when I'm going down the road... Is there a break in period for this? I took a video of it idling in my parking lot and it just sounds all wrong to me. Am I being crazy or is this wrong?

Not sure on the noise, but doesn't seem right.

You had the clutch pressure backwards. The centerforce in the JK is known for being a very light pedal. That part is normal.

Grease on the seats is a joke. It's like washing your hands after using the bathroom. No shop employee should ever enter a vehicle without the proper coverings in place to protect the interior. Sounds like you probably picked the wrong shop...
