Yes, I know it's Starwood but they actually made one I like (and tacked on an extra 55k for their troubles)! haha

Just wondering if anyone knows if this is a commercially available rack and pseudo-"rollbar" setup.

I agree, probably custom. I helped a friend build a similar rack with bends to match the curves of the Jeep and he had to borrow a special tubing bender to create each custom pipe. A few photos of us fabricating the pieces for it ...







Bet you didn't realize that a JK has this strong of a bend, huh?







And the final job after finishing ...







I guess once you've fabricated it you can measure and CAD up and have one of those machines that poops out custom piping make the pieces, but I expect it won't be cheap. Here's one of those machines in action ...
