Default 2.5 RK lift installed: passanger front tire looks out of spec

SO as the subject states, I had my lift installed, and after throwing on the new wheels and tires (35s) it has the appearance that it's riding on the inside of the tire. Had an alignment done, and it still has the same look. Tracks relatively straight, but now worried about tire wear having an issue that's noticeable by the naked eye.

Will definitely revisit Brake Masters as far as that's concerned, but is there possibly something more to it that I'm not educated about? Common?

What were the before and after readouts from the alignment shop?

It appears to be riding like that it is. The camber has the tire leaned towards the inside of the jeep. It's odd but my friend with a 15 just had the same camber spec and the dealer replaced the axle under warranty.

While I hope your bj's aren't toast, your axle isn't bent, and your C's aren't bent....It's likely that one of those is causing your issue.

I hope it's not a bend either! Was a stock keep up until 100 miles ago, and hasn't seen any off road other than a dirt road to test things out since.

It's out of camber enough that I would take it to the dealer. Show the service manager the measurements and get an opinion.

A friend on another forum is having his front axle housing replaced under warranty for a similar issue. I've also heard of adjustable ball joints to take out the excess camber, but I've never seen them for a JK (haven't looked).

I really don't want the dealer involved. They're $$$$$. I'll take it to the good folks at Desert Rat 4x4 locally. Because anything that gets found, they will be the ones fixing it. If it is ball joints, then this kid is doing the C Gusset/sleeve/Ball joint combo. If it's bent, I'll continue to patiently wait for a Rubi Dana 44 or better.
