Default Squeak/creak sound...help?

I have been noticing a progressively louder squeak or creak sound that is rather random in its pattern, but constantly occurring. It only happens when moving and does not change pitch, volume, or frequency compared to speed, nor does it happen more or less due to road surface conditions.
I have yet to get underneath and start checking bolts, but I can not get it to make the sound when it is parked and jumping on it, and it only starts when going faster than someone can run next to it to listen where it might be coming from. It is definitely from underneath, and likely from the passenger side(since it seems to be more noticeable from that side with the windows down).
Anyone else experience this or could give me some direction where to start looking?
Thinking of putting the rear axle on jack stands, blocking the fronts, and running the drivetrain to see if it may be one of those components. Any other suggestions?
And yes, I'll drop by the dealership later this week and see if I can get a tech to ride along. I still have my warranty thankfully if it is not a suspension component. I have a mod friendly dealership to take it to.

If your gas tank skid has been dented inward, this could be it. Took me forever to figure this out, but after I dropped the skid, pounded out the dents with BFH, and reinstalled, the squeak was gone. Good Luck!

I do have a small crease in it, but was there after my first outing in the Jeep over a year ago. Maybe a rock got up under there, or enough wear has occurred to make it start squeaking.
I'll look into that area a little deeper tonight.

Get under it and start pushing on different components to shake the jeep (frame, skid plates, axel, suspension). I had a very bad squeak after coming back from Moab and it drove me nuts. I thought I had found it so many times (sprayed the area with white lithium grease) for it to only come back a few days later. So I spend like 4hrs under it one day pushing on everything that I thought might be causing it. I finally found where the metal for the nerf bar on the driver side rear was just touching the frame. I loosened the bolt and moved the bar away frame the frame ever so slightly and boom...it was gone...no more squeak and life is good again

It was the right rear lower shock bolt. It was not torqued from the install 20 months ago. In fact neither was torqued. Whew ... Glad it was nothing expensive!

Crap! New squeak! Now it is the front lower shock bolt. However, I torqued these after putting on a spacer over the spring a few months ago.
Anyone else have their lower shock bolts loosen up? I finally put some lock-tite on them. Hopefully they wont loosen up again.

I'll Blue loctite all suspension parts. I had a bolt back-out years ago and learned a hard lesson that cost me a lot a $$$ for repairs.
