That is odd. I ran those last year and had no issue getting a replacement when I needed one. Although, I did eventually ask if I could "rent" a front and rear so I always had a back up, but that got shot down. I did start carrying replacement shraeder valves though as it was a pretty common event for me to smash the bottom valves on rocks in the rear. I'd just pop a new one in on the trail and charge it up (a little hard sometimes as the shock has to be fully extended).

Dayum. $1900 shocks and you guys are bending them, charging in the field and having issues getting parts? I'd have real issues with that.

LOL. As I said on the other two forums you posted on ---

Thanks for the kudos and sorry to hear about your shock.

Just for the record, we always work with new and old customers alike to ensure build schedules are met and deadlines are not missed.

As for keeping parts for existing customers, if it was a continuous and ongoing problem, that would make sense, however, since it is a rare problem, it is not something we've found to be necessary. That can always change in the future and we like all feedback.

As a note, I appreciate that you bought a spare shock, but it is not something that I recommend to most customers. When and if your shock gets damaged on the trail (definitely not unique to 6Paks) because the 6Paks mount into the stock location, you can easily put another shock in there for daily driving until the 6Pak is repaired.
