Except their customer service sucks. Don't expect a response from them regardless of method of contact. I've run it all and in the end, I realized customer service was the win. That's why you pay a little more for Metalcloak, VKS, LoD, etc. It's worth every penny. Sure, they're not entertaining you on social media with miniature unicorns. While they're busy "mall rating" the same mall crawlers their products end up on, the other guys are making legit products that hold up to real trail use.

I had great customer service from JCR. I actually have the same bumper without the tire carrier. I'm happy with the quality.

Yep same experience. E-mail or phone and were great to deal with.

I went with the same bumper and experienced great service from them, they answered emails quick and even called me to follow up after the bumper was delivered.

I'll be giving them more business.

I have the crusader bumper with shield tire carrier(opens with tailgate). Had a few issues but JCR responded to my messages promptly and troubleshooted with me until it was fixed. Now it works great. I even fab'd a rotopax mount.
