Default need some hub to fender measurement for Rubicon springs + 2.5in spacer

a friend installed some used Rubicon springs (from a 2008 JKU) and 2.5 Teraflex budget boost about a year ago. now he's saying the front has some serious rake and seems to be sitting much lower. also complains how it doesn't ride right and even makes some clunking noise when going up his driveway. He had his dealer check and he said something about the front springs having a crack? and that the budget boost has a hole in it? not sure WTF the tech is talking about, and unfortunately live too far from my buddy to inspect his JKU Altitude.

since Rubicon springs + 2.5in spacer should yield about a 3in lift, I told him to just get some new 3in springs in the front. who makes a good 3in spring for a JKU?

here are the hub to fender measurements he gave me:
Driver front - 21.5in
Passenger front - 20.75in
Rear front & passenger - 24in

also here are a couple pics he took. anything look odd about these?

Its hard to see with the small photos and my old eyes but looks like way to much bump stop or too short coils. Of course I would need to know more about the set up like tire size, shock length.
Axle looks to be off center as well. Likely shifted to the driver side if ehe does not have an adjustable trackbar.
