I'm thinking about putting the G2 Rock Jock Dana 60 in the rear of my 2013 JKU. I'll be running 5.13's and the ARB air locker with 37"tires. Would like opinions on this setup as a daily driver. I already have 5.13 gears in the front. The ring gear bolts backed out in the rear end and busted the 44 housing. So I'm thinking of going to 60's

 

Go 4.88 gears and get the Ultimate dana 60s. Best deal out there and a much better axle.

The rock jock rear is known for having issues. The one thing that always bothered me about that axle, is the diff cover location. You can't use any type of truss or bridge, otherwise you can't get the cover off.

Whatever you do, don't waste money on a semi float rear axle. Do it right and do it once.

 

I ordered the Tera Crd 60 today. I believe it will be good with the way I wheel. I had to go 5.13's because the front is already 5.13.
