General Grabber AT2 are technically snowflake rated but they don't actually rate 35" tires that way, that's what I run on my wife's JKU in the northeast Ohio snow belt area.
Also Duratracs are good snow tires.

Toyo Canada sells the Toyo Open County C/T in a 35x12.5r17. It is a softer compound but it can also be studded.

To my knowledge, the Duratrac is the best option. Snow rated and can take studs.

Otherwise, you might want to look at commercial light truck tires. However, I am not sure they will have the right rim size.

There is a Blizzak that comes in a 33" I believe. Isn't that close enough?

Try searching 315/70/17. That will be the closest metric size. B.F. Goodrich all terrain KO2, and Goodyear Duratrac will both have the extreme snowflake rating.

I will vouch for the Duratracs, have had them on for two winters, great in the snow and ice. They are one of the only tires that carry the mountain rating for the passes in the Rockies.
I'm running the 315 17r-17s. And yes they can be studded. They are pretty good off road as well. Good luck with your choice.
