It's a cheap lift, just do your research on it before you drop your hard earned money. Most times going cheap in the beginning ends up costing a lot more in the long run. Good luck.

I've said it in multiple threads.

I went cheap and it cost me thousands in the end. Granted now my rig is all squared away. But had to buy all adjustable components, front and rear. Track bars, control arms, new steering, ball joints, pretty much everything.

Buy a good lift, mine is a Frankenstein setup but does above and beyond what I ask and does 90 on the highway to and from the trails.

Good choice my man trust, it's worth it.

A good complete kit will ride amazing at a solid height and give 110% on the trail.

Everything is expensive, I had months where I couldn't drive my jeep waiting on components and saving to fix my steering and geometry/drive line issues.

My rig is light, only being a 2door, even with front and rear armor , rockers and a winch, I netted over 3" on 2.5" springs.

Rode ok for a year and completely went to hell. Front track bar heim joints, and weak Dom tube it was made out of flexing all over. Had shimmies, wobbles, vibrations, you name it. I nearly gave up on it. But bought another car to get to work so I could put money towards the jeep over time, it worked.

Now I am done driving the granny car for the commute, I drive my JK every single day.

Get a good kit, springs are personal preference but get adjustable front track bar and lower control arms at the least. A solid bracket will work for the rear, but most importantly I think if running bigger tires is the steering. So much more solid with larger components in place and I went high steer, but might not need to do that if you only lift a couple inches.

Just my opinions, of course. It's hard to be patient, I know I had a hard time seeing all the other bad ass jeeps around. Just wanted to mod up everything!

Zone lifts are what dealerships throw on there Jeeps to tac on an extra $4K to the sticker price

Then wait for customers that don't know better, they just know it looks cooler.
