Tera Flex tire carrier/ the one with the new hinges.

Can you use the factory tire holder? Or do you have to buy Tera flex one?

You can use the stock carrier depending on your tire size. What is your spare?

You can still use it, but the beauty of the adjustable carrier is you can suck your tire into the tailgate so it rides nice and solid, and raise it up to get it off the bumper and away from drop offs.
