Are ball joints just on the front

Default Are ball joints just on the front

I know this is a stupid question but I am not mechanically knowledged. Does the JK have Front and Rear or Just Front ball joints?

Ball joints are just in the front. They join the wheel assembly to the axle and allow the front wheels to turn from side to side. The rear wheels always point in the same direction (hopefully), so no need for ball joints.
