Default Towing ATVs w/ a 2-Dr

Here's one for those of you with ATVs. I have a 3.8L 2-door with 3.73s and am trying to figure out the best trailer options for hauling possibly two ATVs. I just got a 2000 Polaris 425 Xpedition, and my wife enjoys it so much we're in the market for a 2nd ATV. I'm tracking my max towing capacity is 2k lbs but I keep seeing posts where people are comfortably hauling more than that, and it's making me second guess trailer options. Anyone on here towing two ATVs with their 2-dr JK? If so, what size trailer do you use? If my pretty bad beer math serves me right I'm thinking two ATVs might uncomfortably fit on a 6x10 (most of which I've seen unfortunately weigh upwards of 900lbs) and be fine on short to moderate drives... with no hills and the wind blowing in the proper direction.

I pull a 5*10 with my 2dr and 2 atvs. I'll have to find a picture of it somewhere. I've got a basic Texas bragg trailer without sides, all wood floor. It is heavy and you will feel it but it'll pull. Obviously be careful with winds and stopping but I drove 8 hours on the highway with 2 atvs, large cooler, and camping gear loaded in the back.

I've got a Honda 600 and 350, both edge out 500lbs dry and I'd guess the trailer is probably 900lbs.
