First off.. Big thank you to Andrew @ Tread Depot and everyone here that offered input.

I found the perfect balance between 35s & 33s, the Toyo AT2 285/75r17 on stock JK wheel, WITH 1.5 wheel spacers. Combined with 2.5" lift and it looks just right.

Also... Pics don't do this tire justice.. They are 10x more impressive in person !!

Now measurements then pics

BEFORE:
The stock BFG KMs, measured 31"on the jeep From the body mount washer, had 19" (remember, 2.5" TF coil lift)
Differentials were 9.5" off the ground
Stock tire/wheel assembly weighed 73.6lbs

The Toyo 285/75 UNMOUNTED, was
10.5" wide
33 1/8" tall
Weighed 62.2lbs

AFTER:
Mounted, 33 3/4" tall
On Jeep, 33" even
Width went to 11 1/8"
Weight is 86.6 lbs
At the body mount washer, 19 7/8".. Gained 7/8" Differentials went to 10 3/4".. Gained 1.25"

All these measurements include my 162lbs rear bumper/carrier combo with matching spare.

Set Procal at 33" speedo is right on with GPS. Tire psi set at 40-42psi. Love the look !

I have run the same and you will love them more if you drop psi to 28 or so. I have done back to back trips measuring mpg and no difference between 28psi and 38psi but ride much better.

Thanks.. I'll give it a try this weekend. Play around with the psi. Guess it's not detrimental to the tire running such low pressure? Since they are rated at 80psi.

The 80psi is for max load which we are not even close too as these are rated for 1 ton trucks hauling loads.

I have evic which shows individual psi and at 28 psi cold I only go up to 30-31psi when driven on highway at speed which tells me the tires are not over heating. If a tire is too low they will heat up and psi will go up much higher.
Also wear is perfect and does not follow road grooves like when higher psi.
