Default Going from 4" lift to 2"?

I currently have a 4" Rough Country lift with 35s and flat fenders..just kind of thinking that the 4 inch is too much because I am not going to go with 37s anytime soon. If I was to go with a lesser lift, say 2"-2.5", could I just change the springs and shocks? I currently do not have long arms the kit was the basic 4". Thanks!

You got flats and I have seen ones running 37's with a 2.5".

You may want to shorten the sway bar links. Remove any drop brackets on the frame side for track bars.
