Default Nfab Steps (Opinions/Where to Buy)

I'm looking to replace the stock running boards on our '09 JKU. I need something with a step since the wife is vertically challenged. We both like the Nfab steps. Who's running them and what do you think? Also who has the best price on them?

THANKS!!!

I have them in my 14 JKUR for the same reason. They have worked well and held up during our last trip to Moab. While I don't hit the rocks often, they hold up when I do.

Any issues hanging up on the steps?

Another option is the LoD signature series sliders. I have them on my 2011 and my vertically challenged SWMBO and boy do not have an issue. Another option is to get a stirrup from your local tac shop and secure it to the passenger seat. A buddy did that with his 2007 Sahara JK on 40's for his wife.

Nope. They took a beating and made it. That was my biggest concern so if I do risk more difficult trails, I drop them and reinstall my rubicon rails (takes 39 minutes).

Have had mine for about 3 years now. I wish I would have powder coated them when I first got them. I have repainted mine at least 2 times with bedliner without removing and really like the look. If you don't powder coat watch them for rust up underneath. I have never hit them on rocks so not sure if they will hold up but I love the look and it helps my wife and son get in and out. (my main concern)

I had a set on my jeep when I bought it. They hung up on everything and damaged the body when they did. The front side of the passenger side step took the worst of it, the thin tube was completely smashed in by the time I replaced them.

They are not a rock slider.

X2 on the LoD Sliders. I have them on my 15 JKU and love them.

Thanks for all the comments. Can I get some good pics of the LoD's installed? I've looked on the net and can't seem to find any good pics. I mainly want to see how they look where they meet the factory fenders and the view from the top to judge the step width.

THANKS AGAIN!!
