Default Popping and Grinding on Turn

Front of my Jk is locked, so spider gears are gone. The popping and grinding seems to be increasing a bit and more distinct when I turn to the left. The right seems normal without the spider gears. Is there a general list of bolts and torques for JK suspension? I do have adjustable control arms.

I don't want to paste another site's link here on the forum, but if you do a simple Google search for "JK torque specs list" you will find it easily in the first couple links. I actually have the list printed out and laminated, and keep it in my jeep for easy reference. Hard to tell from your description if it's a "pop" or a "grind". I have the RK track bar, and the axle side heim definitely "POPS" when that is loose....as in you can see the whole front end jump. Does the pop happen when the jeep is stationary while turning the wheel back and forth all the way?

I printed it as a .pdf and keep a copy on my phone and the tablet I use in my Jeep, along with the owners manual and Jeep parts breakdown. :-).

Went through torque specs this weekend, and drove all day yesterday without issue. Oddly, I'm not sure anything was out of torque, except a lower nut on front shock absorber.

And no one has suggested checking axle shaft u-joints? Most common cause I know of for popping and clicking from the front while turning is busted U-joints.

This is why mine popped and clicked on turns. One side was shot, sounded horrible.
