Default Currie vs. Rae Parts steering upgrade

I was doing research on new drag links and and tie rods and found out that Currie Currectlync Heavy-Duty Steering System is made by Rare parts. The big difference is $400. Currie's is $1,260 and Rare parts kit is $800. So save yourself $400+.

THE TITLE SHOULD SAY CURRIE VS. RARE PARTS so for the misspell

I ran the currie and did not like them. Moved to synergy and ruff stuff. Way cheaper.

Or you can go with Fusion 4x4. They'll be running a 15% off special for Halloween with free shipping and I believe their steering will be about $5 less than Rare Parts. Big difference is the solid aluminum rod instead of chromoly or DOM.

I would highly suggest checking them out, and moving them to the top of your list instead of the two you mentioned. I've been running their steering since early this year and I couldn't be happier. Stands up to the abuse of wheeling in the rocks.

Or you could run offset heims from Barnes threaded into some Dom tube and call it a day.

Just to clarify, the Currie sleeves are heat treated chromoly and Rare Parts is DOM. That is a significant different. DOM will bend and is much cheaper to manufacture than heat treated chromoly.
