Default Rubicon express sport lift

Getting ready to put one of these on my '14 JKU. Does anybody have any opinions? Gonna end up with 35x12.5x17's.

What size lift? I have a Rubicon Express 2.5" lift installed on my '15 and am happy overall with it. I am running the same size tire setup that you are looking to do. Since installation I've experienced a slight bit of sag which I assume is normal and have since installed a set of 3/4" spacers from Daystar as well. It suits my needs just fine and has tackled some awesome stuff without issue.

Getting the 3.5 inch sport lift. I think that's the only size of the "sport lift."

That may be. I guess I have the "Standard Coil System". In any case the install was pretty straight forward. I may eventually go with stiffer springs later on but for now it's a good ride.

Springs finish is hot trash though! I have a RE lift on mine and the finish was already getting some surface rust on the springs after about 6 months and incidentally not covered under their warranty. Decent kit for the price.

I've had the 3.5 inch on for about 7 thousand miles. Install was pretty straight forward, had a little trouble with the rear track bar bracket holes lining up. Also i heard really bad things about the cam bolts, so opted not to use them. The Bilsteins ride stiffer than stock but it's manageable. The finish on the springs doesn't hold up well at all. But for the price, i don't regret buying it.

Just got it installed yesterday with 315/70/17. Love the look. It seems to drive almost a little bit spongy though.

I've had my RE 3.5 lift for about 20K miles and it's held up well on and off the trail. I had to replace the front end when the shop didn't set the caster correctly, tie rods were popping not long after. It's a daily driver, 35x12.5r18 KO2's -very happy with it overall.

Did your kit come with drop brackets or adjustable control arms? I'm just curious what the shop did or did not do in regards to your caster. If it just came with the drop brackets and reused the factory arms, what did you expect them to do? If it came with adjustable arms, did they set them at incorrect lengths??
