Rugged Ridge XHD perimeter screw size?

Rugged Ridge XHD perimeter screw size?
What allen wrench size are you guys using for the screws that are mounted on the wheels perimeter edge? 4mm and 5/32 both feel a bit to "sloppy". I bought 5 wheels and thats around 75 screws, there are a few that are not installed all the way. When I use a 4mm, as screw gets tight, that SLOP distorted the screw......
