Default New teraflex ball joints

Just installed some new TF BJs. Jeep is flighty and wandering all over road. Just got it aligned and shop says BJs are issue. What is break in period? Thx

Make sure they greased the ball joints well, that may help. Also check your toe and make sure your 1/8th in.

After about 1000 miles the jeep should normalize a bit, but should not feel overly flighty.

^^^^agreed. "flighty" feeling is very normal after installing a lot of the aftermarket BJs. They are just tight and take a little time to break in. 500-1500 miles is pretty normal. Typically the break in period is on the lower end of that, but I've had some take up to 1500 miles.

My alloy have been a nightmare for the first 1000-1200 miles but everything went well after then.

Same here with my synergys. It's extremely annoying that no manufacturer mentions it, mine felt very flighty and it was pretty horrible to drive.
