Default Turing/steering noise

I have a stock 15 JK. The best way to describe "the noise" is as if it's hydraulic steering. (No lie)

It originally started out quiet and hard to pinpoint, only doing it occasionally when I first started vehicle or turned steering wheel. It has gotten louder, more frequent, now matter which way I turn steering wheel it makes the noise. Even driving down road going around curves it makes the noise!!

Today I checked power steering fluid level and it's good. It sounds really loud and somewhat bulges the engine idle when I turn hard right (stop) or hard left (stop).

It almost sounds as if it's coming from something close to battery area. Maybe alternator or torque converter??? Or maybe something loose and rattling??? I'm really really not sure, any help is much appreciated!! Sorry to be so un-educated!!

Recommend pick up something like this and poke around until you find the noise. They're pretty effective ...
